I think they would go hand in hand personally. They own the club, they get their name on the shirts. It's just a guess of course.

Additionally, it would not be beyond SUL/McCabe to assume he's going to get full control of the club and as such have ALK nailed on.

Not sure what ALK would gain from being a shirt sponsor, its not like they need people to go and buy their products and if they owned the club, the revenue stream for shirt sponsor wouldnt be able to be used, meaning a loss of income for the new owners - no idea, all guess work I think.
