No it isn't but the accumulation of points is what caused the suspension. How many points does a person need before they wake up and realize that they could lose their licence.

If my job future, supporting the kids, charity work etc relied on my license, after getting to 9 points I’d probably put speed control on and ensure I don’t break it again

Also hard to believe a bloke who’s a millionaire cant just call an Uber to get to Udders for a job interview, or arrange for it to be in Maccys on Attercliffe Rd and get bus
