A reight Bobby Dazzler
Wonder if he fucks off when their relegation is all but confirmed to save having it on his CV....?

The hatred for anything Utd just shines throughHired Wilder, apparently. Now they can get all bone hard at Norwood artfully backlifting a pass to Stevens whilst he gets pressed backwards, watch McBurnie alehouse his way through half a match, cheer on Brewster as he stands clueless somewhere around the opposition back line and smack their foreheads as C3PO's silver leg falls off with a clang and they go 2-0 down in the first 15.
Don't mention Mousset. Maybe he'll do a half, maybe not.
Wilder will just blame the fans

Of course not. As you said, everyone saw what a cracking job he did up to Covid and how it unravelled last season/ post lockdown. He'd already offered his resignation once before during last season as things were in a mess behind the scenesIs this no relegation on his CV really a thing? Like the footballing world isn't aware that he oversaw one of the worst Premier League campaigns ever?
Do what I want ,its not 'my take'Have a like for that. Not for your point (because there is none) But because it's the most typically Sitwell thing you could have posted.

The ones that CW had the problems with weren't, no.That were absolutely nothing to do with CW of course.....![]()
How rich? I'm still waiting for your reply to your waffling on how much his settlement was. I'll not hold my breath. He's rich.
the leaky roof?things were in a mess behind the scenes

Just like those same problems (and some additional ones) aren't Slav's fault.
Quite a number which have been discussed on here over the last 6-12 months...So which ones did CW have a problem with that were nothing to do with him....apart from the promised upgrades at Shirecliffe?
Quite a number which have been discussed on here over the last 6-12 months...
And some others that may or may not have been discussed on here, but i haven't read too much on the Wilder/ Prince threads lately.
I find it saddening, surprising and perhaps increasingly less surprising how keen folk are to deride the man who brought us so much recent success.
Did he cock up? Yes.
Did he spend inappropriately? Yes.
Was he trying to learn at PL for the first time, like many of us? Yes.
I'll allow him these failings, for all of the good he brought to our club from the depths of L1, against the odds and on very little resource. Our best manager in my lifetime, when we were flying. Memories to cherish.
What? If you need to ask me now after all this time, i'm not going to go over old ground and repeat what many others as well as myself have mentioned previously.OK.....![]()
This wouldn't surprise me at all. I think he may have to do a similar job with what he did for us if he wants to manage another 'big' club. He'll be the next Sunderland manager when Johnson goes in a few weeks.
More chance of us being in league one than DerbyThis wouldn't surprise me at all. I think he may have to do a similar job with what he did for us if he wants to manage another 'big' club.
Could also see him managing at Derby in League 1 next season.

There were a number of issues that weren't Wilders doing, still exist now and won't be fixed by the owner doing a PR exercise every few months... Wilder had his own failings, which have also been discussed. Players had their failings, which get discussed daily. But there were many other things that Wilder raised either publicly or to the Prince (which the Prince mentioned, not Wilder) that have never been addressed since.
Then there are other things that haven't been mentioned publicly by those inside the club or Wilder, but are known to have contributed to him leaving.
As it stands - Slav is dealing with many of the same problems that Wilder had
Not sure who was to blame.... but outside the playing side of things, unlikely to be things which could be put entirely at Wilders door, if at all.Appreciate that but how many of the "behind the scenes" things were caused by Wilders failings....that was the point I was making.

How do you know what expensive signings on big wages he pushed for?Apart from pushing for expensive signings on big wages I suppose..
I know of at least one of those signings that was apparently outside of the agreed budget, was signed as an 'extra' player.Apart from pushing for expensive signings on big wages I suppose..
Hopefully Johnson can buy himself a few more weeks tonight. He'll be the next Sunderland manager when Johnson goes in a few weeks.
