the backheel from didzy was to Basham, therefore the lundstram offside should be irrelevant as Basham would have ran onto the ball if he hadn't been fouled. the way they are using VAR is an absolute disgrace and not just because we're getting fucked by it

Yes, but it highlights the inconsistencies. I suppose it works better for fouls but for offsides etc it's proved confusing

We were fortunate last season to get to halftime level as we’d not been great. Took a big 2nd half performance last time after we fell behind again – same required today.

If anything it looks like the players have lost a bit of confidence over the last couple of games & are playing safe instead of risk & reward. Also Moose is too isolated, Goldie is nowhere near him for the most part, I would like to see Freeman on in place of Lunny & get Goldie closer to Moose.

Or, we could keep faith with the 11 on the pitch for a bit. That might work!
