Morning all, just packing the Robin reliant for the trip to the Majedski tonight for the FA Youth Cup 3rd Rd.

For those of you interested, will be keeping you up to date on the proceedings as they happen.

Few expectations on this one to be honest, not many tougher than this. Reading, sit second in the Premier League Southern section, just behind Chelsea, and are leaving the likes of Arsenal, Spurs and Wet Sham in their wake.

Match kicks off at 7pm. Just got to navigate the freezing fog.

They say its grim up north but its grimmer here. Persisting it down for the last 4 hours.

Kick off. Team line up: ramsdale, charlesworth, kelly, gilmour, cummings, sempke, maw, gordon, Hall, Hallam, mallon subs: adebowale, perryman, ford, Smith, Litchfield.

16 mins : first shot of game by Barrett from centre edge box. Saved by Rammers.

20 mins: must score. East looks off side but is clean thro. Rammers denies him with a great block.Harry Redknapps missus would have scored that

22 mins: Close. Long throw is headed down at near post by Sam Smith. Rammers has to be alert to keep it out.

27 mins volley by Jordan Hallam from 25 yards. Comfortable catch for Southwood

34 mins free kick for Reading centre of goal 25 yrds out. Close, just wide.

41 mins Reading in again great last ditch block by Semple.

43 mins: shot by Andresson from edge of box. Easy save for Rammers.

Half time: 0-0. United have frustrated a lively looking Reading side whose victories this season include a 4-1 over Arsenal and wins over spurs and west ham. Reading should be ahead and United have never really threatened but they're still in the tie.

46 mins. Should be 1-0 to Reading. Clean thro but puts wide.

47 mins. Semple needs treatment after a challenge on the edge of the Reading area. Ref S.Wonders waves play on.

53 mins. Almost an instant reply but Davis puts it wide.

54 mins close range header following a reading corner. Straight at Rammers.

59 mins: booking for Connor Hall been taking lessons from mcEverley. Under a lot of pressure.
