Great games from Doyle, Robinson, Osborn and Anel but I reckon the award has to go to the manager and coaching team for setting them up so well. I don't even think we played that well but the way we set up and played as a unit stopped them having any real big chances. We defended as a unit. As we did against Watford. And once again we had enough to also score.

After two very uncomposed and gung ho defeats we've gone back to basics and it works at this level.

Hold my hands up and admit that my scepticism when I saw the line up tonight, was completely wrong.
Well drilled, well organised and for the majority, passed the ball really well throughout the game.
Yes spurs were pretty shit but some outstanding individual performances also. Bash, JLT, Anel, little Ben, Doyle were all superb.
Thought Brookes did well first half then faded, Coulibaly looks a real prospect then beautiful illy at the end.
Gutted I couldn’t make it in person.

It looked so obvious to me, more so than for any normal game, that if we brought McB and Ndiaye on we'd win. Turns out it only took one of them. That's another 5 million on his price tag

Glad we didn't go beyond 90 mins. But now we probably have another 2 games to play. I wish I could be more positive about that but it could be costly
