He’s just not that sort of player, issue with pointing that out? Didn’t think so, run alongCan’t be too positive now can we?

No need to steer clear; we can have a decent conversation with you, unlike your fellow-red from Notts who thinks he's clever but definitely isn't.As a forest fan I whole heartedly agree although we're learning it's easier said than done to keep them after
Been steering clear for a week or so but thought I'd just say I think this guy is set to an absolute steal for you. Seen a little bit of him and think he's got that making things tick vibe. One worry with that sort of player at 20 is if the rest of the team are a bit poo, they find it hard to drag the whole team forward but this could be a massive coup if the rest of the team is where it needs to be.
That's the Ahmedhodzic thread pal.bum, bum
Problem is that when they've got promoted, their value goes up exponentially. As a forest fan I whole heartedly agree although we're learning it's easier said than done to keep them after
Guardiola suggests he might be.Very good player, but he’s not an MGW type for those thinking he is
Do hope he can gradually grow into that role this season. Cos our resources are very much limitedGuardiola suggests he might be.
"Tommy Doyle looks a perfect fit for Paul Heckingbottom and Sheffield United next season. The 20-year-old is heading to Bramall Lane on a season-long loan deal, which is expected to be confirmed today.
The midfielder, who played as a number 10 when he lined up for Cardiff against the Blades last season, has played in a central midfield role for Pep Guardiola but the Spaniard believes his best position is actually further forward."

Pep Guardiola's 'special quality' verdict on Sheffield United-bound Tommy Doyle
The midfielder is expected to become Sheffield United's first signing of the summer todaywww.examinerlive.co.uk
I’m just saying. You’ve been sounding the alarm on multiple threads about our recruitment. Here we have a potential loan of high quality, I think we can all agree, and your first comment is on the negative end of the spectrum? There’s no issue pointing out he’s not the same sort of player as MGW but I’m not sure that’s a comparison being made. He’s just not that sort of player, issue with pointing that out? I think he is more highly thought of now than MGW was at the point of joining us !I’m just saying. You’ve been sounding the alarm on multiple threads about our recruitment. He could be a great player Doyle, but he isn’t (well, hasn’t been) an MGW type so we do still have that hole to fill. Unless we believe he can play further forwardI’m just saying. Fair enough. His chance creation stats look good. Maybe Whitney is being groomed for the MGW roleHe could be a great player Doyle, but he isn’t (well, hasn’t been) an MGW type so we do still have that hole to fill. Unless we believe he can play further forward
Possibly a Berge scenario whereby pushing him further forward is the way to go.Watched the lads highlights clips and he looks more a Norwood type to me , let hope peps right about him
Maybe , buts he’s got some “ping” on him going by his highlight clips!Possibly a Berge scenario whereby pushing him further forward is the way to go.
What's his pointy arm likeWatched the lads highlights clips and he looks more a Norwood type to me , lets hope peps right about him

Or hope for medical miracles with Bogle. If we do get him we'd best spend the Summer trying to improve Baldock's crossing, because that's where nearly all of Doyle's passes go!
So was Norwood.Described as a set piece specialist. Will we actually score regularly from corners and free kicks?

I propose a truceCan we stop this Whitney bollocks. It's Withnail!
I propose a truce
Reminds me of Gerrard
Bit harsh labelling him a cunt afore he’s even pulled on the jerseyIn that case, I look forward to him diving for a penalty then heading for a few celebratory shandies and punching the DJ
If Pepe wants him to play in AMC, then I guess we'll be playing him in AMC. I wonder where Sander will be playing.
