Tom, you can bet your bottom dollar that if there's any truth in this rumour then Wilder will not entertain this type of disruption. We have a great team spirit, camaraderie second to none, so any one who considers themselves Bertie Big Bollocks won't get their foot through the door. It's one of the reasons why we've turned a corner. We were going nowhere fast, then Wilder (and Knill) gets stuck in and we now have a team that's progressing nicely. We all appreciate the general improvement in team affairs, and it's this overall sense of having a team that makes an effort that Wilder won't allow to be disrupted.

I've posted about this before as know someone who works at Barnsley who confirmed it.

He's also on 28k a week at The Sty so unless he's taking a large paycut he isn't coming here and really don't see him as a Wilder signing.

I may be wrong though as stranger things have happened but just can't see it.

Decent enough player on his day but obvious concerns if any of those rumours are true. Suspect we could take him on a season long deal with us paying 50% of his wages and a decent loan fee. Pigs are desperate to shift players out to give them some FFP space.

Apparently Wilder been after him for a while. And you'd expect him to have done some homework on the lads character etc.

I'm pretty sure he is injured, and according to Porktalk wouldn't be fit until about October.
Some on Porktalk keep mentioning him regards selling him to free up some money, and it keeps getting pointed out he is injured and won't be going anywhere until January.


Is this our new transfer tactic, fit players won't sign for us so lets target injured players they won't be as fussy and no other clubs will be after them.
They must be rubbing their trotters together in S6.

Didn't he get pushed out by the dingles because he didn't get on with 100% of the squad. Also isn't that the same reason he got loaned to derby. I wouldn't touch him, one thing we do have here is a good bunch of lads who work for each other and seem to all get along massively. I wouldn't want that ruined
