Both on mega money, one coming back from a serious injury. Makes perfect, logical and financial sense. I like.
No chance ….. we have no money for fees or big salaries. We will sell Hamer, Peck & 1 of Seriki or Brooks or Burrows to balance the books & offload as much of the sh&&e we signed last August. Wilder will then bring in whatever loans / frees he can to build our squad to 25 players max.

Was being sarcastic to be honest. If this is the rumours we should be expecting I’ll be tuning out of it. Nowt beats being linked to players that have either played for us previously, or were linked when god were a lad.

Yeah I guessed so. Lots of lazy journalism these days…..& agents trying to drum up business.

Only way we'd get them is on loan, Leicester maybe that desperate to save on some cash that we could offer to take them and offer to pay 30% of their wages.

I can think of 50,000 reasons per week that he'd want to remain loyal to LCFC.

Course he will.. he’s allegedly on 50K a week 😂

Aye.. My personal favourite is the comments regards pre season. Like we’ve not had close to a full season to get the players fit and prepped. Must think we were born yesterday.
Worst comment Wilder could say was”they are going to get hammered pretty season “ expect burnout by October then. Another stupid comment,he’s had 6 months and they can still only do 30 minutes per match. This club is declining rapidly.

Souttar may well be fine after his injury. Plenty have.

I understand the reticence after our many issues over recent years but he'd be a great addition if the medical evidence shows he's OK.

I think we need to be careful here that we don't get carried away about signing Souttar and maybe miss out on other potential buys, if we're interested then get the bid in now, get it sorted or move on, don't spend the whole summer waiting on one man

So, Nixon has tweeted that some tomorrow's stories will include one about us.

Now I know some people go two footed on the bloke and don't believe owt he says.

But my gripe is - why do local journalists never get ahead of the game or do digging on potential signings? They only ever pick the story up once it's out of the bag.

I know FH Team and Danny Hall read these forums, so wondering if they could comment? Are they bound by the club not to report sone stuff etc.
Anyone can make stuff up...
