Yeah, provided we win I don't think Leeds will do it either. I'm just pointing out that it isn't as impossible as some seem to be saying. Although Leeds have missed all those chances in recent matches, it at least shows they can create them. Against Ipswich in a do-or-die situation, I wouldn't want to rely on them having the same convertion rate. But remember, L**ds are shit. They might have a lot of shots (139 in the last 6 games), but they can barely only got 24% on target (34 in the last 6 games). Of those they actually get on target, they have only scored 21% (5 goals in the last 6 games). If you work the figures in the opposite direction and they need 6 goals, it means they'd need 167 shots on target against Ipswich, just under 2 shots per minute. I'll grant you,if there are several minutes of injury time, the rate starts to drop. I know it's foolish, but I'm mildly confident.
As for going on the pitch, well, I did at the end of the game at Leicester. In European mode, I generally do at the end of every season because it's part of the celebration. It's not feared or outlawed. The same in England, it was part of the end of the season whether there was something to celebrate or not.
There are plenty of comments along the lines of "celebrate in the stands, what's wrong with that?" and sure, I'd be expecting that as how I'd celebrate, but I'd also ask the question of "what's wrong with celebrating on the pitch?" Why is it really an issue?
Times have changed, people have to accept that. This season we had a fan run on and attack a player. As long as things like that happen, as long as football fans continue to act like knobs, the authorities will clamp down on things like pitch invasions.
