Jim followed Halford today on twitter, would be a very good signing for our league if he comes in IMO
It'd be a good signing, Halford was one of our best players when he played for us in the championship. He's a crowd favourite as well. Read that he's got/had a coke problem though and had a bust up about it at Reading.
Would be a better signing than Coady.
Yeah, I said it.
And dated Jan 26th.......(around the time of the Cup game v Forest)........![]()

I would have thought a coke problem would show up in the random blood/urine/heart screening tests they have to take.
Are we signing any of the other 2,104 people he's following also..........if so might have to get my boots back out.Jim followed Halford today on twitter, would be a very good signing for our league if he comes in IMO
He must be on a good wage there which I'm guessing we would struggle to match, I think his versatility is something that would attract Clough and that long throw for Higdon could be a real threat.I'd be amazed if it happened, and not entirely in favour given the player's age and the likely costs. But I've just had a text from a Forest mate who says his ITKers are claiming it's a serious proposition.
You betcha, big admirer of Nigel........ and do we think that Clouhgie will know Stuart Pearce, a bit?
Agree about the long throw - can be very effective in this division - can make the difference between 1 point and 3 or 1 point instead of nul.
He would be an ideal player in the local derbies
You'd think, after what we did for Brayford and Coady last season, we'd be the first club that managers hit up when they want to send players out on loan. You betcha, big admirer of Nigel.

Pearce could be a great contact for loan players now.
