Good performance, great result.

First half was fairly even and performance was mixed. We were much the better side second half. Really dominated and looked dangerous going forward.

Moore was a handful and did really well all game. Burrows was dangerous going forward and good in defence. Great tackle back to start the move for the second goal from O'Hare. Midfield were much better second half. Rak-Saki noticeably passing more and better for it.

MOM - Burrows or Moore.

He absolutely dominates games at this level. Demonstrates the size of the gap to the PL.
Nail on the head there,so far out of his depth last season and was so frustrating. He’s cut all the shit habits he had,got his head down, learning the English game quickly now and we are benefiting. He will be attracting admirers as it shows that he can step up.

Great performance all round for us

Ref an absolute farce again, O’Hare’s booking was a joke and then the elbow - not commenting on Pears yet as didn’t see replay

There’s 4 officials all in contact with each other, surely 1 of the useless fucks can see what happens week after week

You forgot mention Campbell, improving game by game, I thought he played really well today, his first touch is excellent

4 points clear of 5th place now. I know it's still early, but there seems to be a clear top 4 in the league now. 4 teams fighting for automatic promotion.

Very pleasing clean victory. Another 2-0 just like both other away wins

It's striking just how untroubled we often are defensively. It was definitely the case today - minus Anel too

I think the attacking level of most of this division has gone downhill. The irregularly good defensive records of most in the top 6 seems to back that up

A well deserved victory. Superb defence again and we really stepped up after the break and should have had more really.

Souza my MOTM. 9 out of 10. A dominant midfield display. Moore was also very good.

Nice reactions from Campbell to put that rebound in.

Nice also to see us aim for Moore’s head for once. Burrows had his best offensive game so far.

Gueye was very lucky to stay on. Pears made a few good saves. Other than that they were meh, though a little physical.

Arblaster came back well in the second half. I hope Brewster’s injury was not too bad, although we looked much better when Campbell came on.

Things continue to look good…and well done to Revo Jr on his first ever away win at the umpteenth attempt!

Agree....he's a contender based on the 2nd half.

Taking into account both halves for me the man of the match is
1st Vini Souza...excellent in both halves....he's putting Arblaster in the shadow.
2nd Rak Sakyi...our only threat in the 1st half....exciting, unpredictable, inconsistent but at least he's positive, he gives you a chance to create a goal.
3rd Moore....worked so hard...done the dirty work....and shown some good link play with Campbell in the 2nd half.

However the defence deserves massive praise, as a unit they've again looked rock solid. Both fullbacks Burrows and Gilchriest were superb.
We've made a Blackburn team with a great home record look so poor, their crowd has had nothing to cheer.
Might be wrong but I think that's the first time they've lost at home all season, in both league and cup.

Not trying to take away from our victory - but the standard of this league and most teams in it is shocking. Blackburn were terrible as have been most teams we've played so far.

The gap to the Prem has never been larger. Souza is looking like a world beater at this level ffs.

Maybe our best performance of the season?

Blackburn had a good home record and we never looked anything other than winners once we got ahead

Reminded me of the Preston NE 2-0 away win.
Think we were good today (top 6 material) but not great (top 2 material).

However Alex Ferguson once said "attack wins you matches...defence wins you titles".

When we're criticising the team.....it's mainly the attack, it still still doesn't click....most matches we only look like scoring 1 or 2 goals.
However lets not forget that out defence is consistently fantastic, might be one of the best defences we've had in years.
It's seriously looking like we might be contenders in breaking the clean sheet record.
Today Blackburn had plenty of attacks but never looked like scoring....never felt nervous at any point...it seems quite easy.

It might seem boring but it's looking like we can win the vast majority of our matches 1 or 2-0.
If we do that.....think we'll finish top 2....maybe even champions.

The standard of the Championship is high, there are very good teams & very good players in it. It is a long way behind the PL, but that’s true of most leagues in the world.

Interesting reading Blackburn fans comments as they also play 4-2-3-1.

Say playing a lone striker up top doesn't work, 0 shots in target and haven't scored in 3 games... sounds kinda familiar and must admit we looked more threatening when had both Campbell and Moore on at same time.

Imposed ourselves as the game went on, and a comfortable win. They'd completely given up at the end.

Very good games from all the big men, Cooper, Soutter, Souza and Moore. Burrows excellent too.

Well done Blades, excellent result 👍👍👍🍌

I would have to disagree. Outside of a few teams the standard has dropped significantly over recent years IMO.

bit shaky 1st half. blackburn most dangerous moment came from us passing the ball them the ball in our half. but 2nd half was fantastic. for large parts there was only been 1 team in it & 8 shots on target in 2nd half for us. & defence was great its 1 thing for clean sheet & but even better to restrict blackburn to 0 shots on target.

the blanant red card like on souza was annoying it was obvious he came with the arm. but VAR still not the answer as its controversial but that annoys less than those ridiculous offside decisions

Puts the pressure on everyone around us, I'm not sure who's playing who from the teams around us.

Whether Blackburn are good enough to sustain their top 6 spot or not, we have just beaten a team in the top 6 away from home, rather than some mid to lower table side which adds more pressure.

That sends out a message to the teams around us, they know they have to get a result today after we won, while we can juwt sit back and relax now.

Think outside the box, who made them look terrible 😉
