I don’t understand don’t understand why Wilder is seen as a dinosaur. He uses formations that other teams use.
Not a hater or lover of Wilder, but looking at how we were facing relegation in the early season, we’ve had a successful season.
Who takes over and what resources we will have to achieve a promotion push or rebuild and will fans be patient.

Because it isn't enough to select a formation and say "off you go".

How have we been so woefully unprepared for both opponents this week, that we had an aggregate HT score of 0-5?

Why do we get into the final third, and just knock the ball around, hoping for a chance to score to just fall into our laps?

Why have we been changing our team so frequently, to make it seem like we just draw straws to decide who starts each game?

The players deserve some admonishment for sure, but the manager and his staff, whoever they are, are responsible for giving the players direction on how to play. A huge part of the criticism of Selles at the start of the season, was that there often seemed to be little/no actual tactical direction being imparted upon the players, compounded by the awful results. Should Wilder not be subject to the same criticism? As we've looked utterly lost in both first halves this week.

A genuinely mind-numbingly poor take.

One simple pass ripped the entire defence apart. This team needs almost a complete rebuild.
