10-15 Prem goals over a full season is gold dust for a side expected to be in the bottom half. Someone should pay 15-20m for him.

I wouldn't go that far.
They're not similar players and BBD is miles off that level.

The Ipswich suggestion isn't a bad one if he wants to play regularly.
The division is so strong now, I think he'd struggled start in most PL teams.

The fact that he was our joint top scorer this season, despite only arriving in January, shows both what an impact he had, and how utterly wank we were. From the little we got to see of it, I would have loved to see us start next season with a fully fit McBurnie (I know I know) and BBD up front. Thought they looked like there was real potential for a dangerous partnership there.

Sadly, he's beyond our (current, takeover pending) means. I've been saying since about March that he'd probably end up signing for one of the promoted teams...for them (particularly Ipswich) it seems like a no-brainer. Fresh from having a good half-season, and managing to look decent even in a truly crap side, probably won't cost a huge transfer fee, and in a full season if he plays like he did for us I could see him getting 10-15 goals.

If we suddenly had money to spend, and he was willing to play in the Champ, he'd be my first signing in summer.
