You’ve seen what’s happened so far, presumably.

Of course I have. But anyone who claims they are able to judge a player, especially a young one, on one performance can’t be taken remotely seriously. Professional scouts certainly don’t do that, and you lack their knowledge. So making such claims means you are always likely to be wrong.

Maybe I missed some posts. I don’t live on here. I saw the one saying that you will make a judgement on a player based on one appearance. It’s a good job we didn’t judge JOC, for instance, on his first 4 league games - although, of course, many did.

I think this will be much like every transfer window we’ve ever had. Some will hit the ground running, some will take a while to bed in, some won’t be up to it. Despite the chaotic nature of it (and I hope lessons have been learned from that) I think we’ve ended up with a decent looking squad. I think whoever the next manager is will look forward to working with it, especially if Mee signs and Robinson is paid up.
