With options limited he would get a go but I suspect he's just as rusty as Davies and maybe peck with his lack of game time! Whilst not being as good either!

Fine either way on this.

1. He’s already played for us only, so it’s not as if playing him breaches the three club rule and jeopardises a transfer later on.

2. It’s not as if that Swedish club were going to send us big bucks or even do much more than cover his wages.

3. With Riedewald out for a few weeks, it makes no sense to leave us short of proper central midfield players. Peck, coming back from injury, same Arblaster, same Davies. Asking for trouble without another there.

4. It saves us having to consider Burrows there, especially as McCallum probably needs a few days out after stitches in his foot and also allows Gus, who isn’t really position ally disciplined, to play further forward.

Maybe the plan is to start him and then bring Peck on when its looking like the game is going to shit.

Why would we waste a sub in the 7th minute ?

If we had another decent RW I would say give Brooks another run in there but that would probably mean Chong/Ogbene having to play there.
