hope theres 1 or 2 in jocko-land love friendlies up there, been to Morton, Ayr and cowdenbeath cracking days out

If you want to go to the Handsworth game you need at least a 6% stake in the club, have spent at least 2 weeks staying in Abby's timeshare in Belgium and bring three years worth of receipts from the club shop
 
Assuming Slav gets the job - be interesting to see where he took his Fulham and Watford sides in pre-season.
 
Suppose it will be Scottish teams or non league ... might have a chance of winning against thise?
 



We usually have a friendly with a couple of poor clubs to help boost their coffers a bit.Surely the pigs being in the wilderness league need an attendance boost and a their motley crew need a good thrashing playing our reserves.
 
Shall we accept an invitation to put out a development XI against The Wednesday AFC 2021 Ltd?
 
Taking a while to get these friendlies sorted. Even the bankrupt pigs have managed to get teams to play against.

Waiting till Slav arrives isn't giving us much preparation...
 
Should be hearing more soon, surely? Usually is a week or so of training, then about 3 weeks of games.

Can’t remember bloody long time ago. Swore never again. I saw us lose 3-0 at Donny once, the old Belle Vue. Would it have been 1970’s ?

We lost 3-1, 19th august 1979, in a League Cup match, it may have been that match, although I did go to a pre-season friendly at Belle Vue some time in the 1970’s. It may as well have been a 1000 years ago
 



One of the joys of being exiled up here is the times dem Blades have been up for pre season friendlies.

I'm one of around a hundred who saw Sean McGinty and Jasper Johns warm up at Greenock Morton in 2013 whilst being devoured by midges.

They looked shit warming up tbf.
