Annoying that one got announced so late. That would be a new ground for me but I've already booked trains down south to do 92 clean up

Think i just bought the last ticket for the Chesterfield game..... how easy is it to get to the Proact? Cant decide whether to drive or catch a train or bus and go on the lash for the afternoon.

Since the Al-Nassr friendly seems to have died a death, any news on a possible game next weekend? Whilst we've had a decent pre-season, could really do with facing a team with a notch up in quality before the season starts.

Sure I’ve read on here that Panathinaikos are involved in Europa League qualifiers so not possible
Panathinaikos season and our season don't allow/haven't allowed any real space for a friendly.

Our competitive season begins 9 August, by then, Panathinaikos will have played TWO LEGS of Champions League Qualification, 22 July & 30 July. To prepare for their competitive season starting on 22 July, Panathinaikos started pre season friendlies on 2 July, and played four by 16 July. As their pre season was ending, ours was just starting (v York City, 15 July).

The two pre seasons just don't coincide conveniently.

Nice - Sheffield United on Wednesday at the end of the preparation

July 28, 2025, 6:01 p.m.
Before hosting Benfica at the Allianz Riviera, OGC Nice will conclude its preparations with a final friendly match. This Wednesday, July 30, Franck Haise's men will face Sheffield United at the Training and Academies Center at 6:00 p.m.

Sheffield United will play in the Championship this season after narrowly losing to Sunderland in the Premier League promotion playoff final last May.

As with previous friendlies played at its own facilities, OGC Nice will offer its 25-26 season ticket holders the opportunity to attend the match. Reservations can be made online . The maximum capacity remains set at 500 people in order to welcome the public in the best possible conditions. Supporters will be able to access the match from 5:15 p.m., via the Charles-Ehrmann Sports Park car park.
