I predicted he wouldn’t last the season when he took over from Eddie Howe,a poor decision by Bournemouth.
We are now in the same position, dropping down to the championship with a new manager the decision has to be right to have any chance of a good season and possible promotion
Jason Tindall omg how desperate are we,I hope we finish the season by losing all our remaining games so he doesn’t even stand a chance of getting the job permantly

TBF that spell at Weymouth in 2007-2008 was tasty, presided over 3 whole football match wins.

We’re down anyway, does it really matter who is manager for the last 10 matches?

No half decent manager is going to take the job just to add a relegation to his cv.
Yeah, why bring in an outsider? Even Jags/Billy could manage the last few games

Always interesting to see who retweet’s and likes certain tweet, wilders mate has retweeted this...tindall and bettis mates since school

We have sources of income is what I mean. We're not totally skint for the next 3 years - we know we'll have about 85-90m
Para payments

Egan and Berge out the door that’s £40m

Then balance that against settling bills on payments for Berge, Brewster and Ramsdale as monies will be owed . Add on the mortgage for the purchase of the assets and then the reduced wage bill and lower revenues for dropping into the championship and I’ll hazard a guess the cupboard is bare

I find it as mind boggling as anyone but we exist after Wilder, Wilder isn't an immortal, if he stayed until he reached retirement age that's another 10-20 years, not until the we're all living on Mars and we turn into a zero gravity handball team.

Some seriously worrying reactions to the inevitable that has admittedly happened sooner than we'd all wish.

If you don't want to undo everything Wilder has done, then the fans have got to back the club. Wilder going doesn't mean we haven't still got a decent squad, are financially alright with the parachute money etc etc.
I may be wrong, but I thought Abdullah had already taken a loan for the parachute payments and spent it?

And there in shows the gulf between the top clubs and bottom clubs in the premier league
Chelsea sack their manager and bring in Carlo Ancelotti (twice at least from memory!)
We bring in those heavyweights Heckingbottom and Tindall 🙈🙈

Think he took a loan against our Premier League money, basically an advance, and it was to release funds for players and running costs. He took out a mortgage on the property at good rates and it's secured against our PL income while we're there, and he's said if we're not he'll pay it himself.

He might not, but you can't say that he won't.

But anyway, it'd be pretty defeatist to take out a loan against your relegation money before the season had even started.

To be fair I’d rather us do this than rush into anything else. Gives us a couple of months to start planning and to see if anyone else becomes available better suited

Seems bettis got tindal a job why not let heckinbottom and AK finish the season or is he just there to take over permanently next season I thought jvw was cert to be next head coach would love to see some bielsa style after thus season

Sounds like he is Heckingbottom's number 3.

Weren‘t Hegginbotham the next big thing at Barnsley.
I remember the Barnsley fans ringing Radio Sheffield saying Heggy this and Heggy that....they really rated him.
Then Leeds came in for him....his career dived...and he’s not been seen since.

You're right, our chief exec moved swiftly to bring another coach in to support the caretaker manager. As he says, he's friends with him. This is how football works and always has worked. Did we not advertise in the paper?
