We've played alot decent stuff from the back in recent weeks. Seems to have gone out of the window now Mcburnie is on the side. The players still haven't realised that he isn't a target man.
True he looked tidy against West brom when he was coming deep and receiving the ball to feet. Its very very hard for any striker to look decent or do anything when your getting balls just aimlessly booted upto you because that's what's happening just booting a football 50yrds as high as possible hoping something happens.

Lundstram's bottled challenge in the lead up to that goal was pathetic, far worse than Norwood's the other night.

McBurnie and Burke been abysmal up front. Looking forward to a different pair upfront 2nd half

Norwood doing his usual again, pointing for someone else to track Mount on the goal. Just do it yourself you prick!

Good finish that, Lundstram didn’t even attempt to tackle, we allow an overload, then Mount with the freedom of Sheffield to fire in.

Easy as you like.

It was Norwood who didn't track back and Lowe of maybe Brian couldn't get across

I predicted that some dozy prat would actually blame the keeper for that, and sure enough I've not been disappointed.
It was a well worked goal to be fair to Chelsea, if any blame can be apportioned it is not tracking runners or making a tackle in midfield. Mounts shot gave Ramsdale no chance.

norwoods just not good enough for this level and mcburnie is just rubbish cant see what most united fans see in him never rated him certainly not at this level bogle superb again hoping to see him and george down right side next season

Shooting towards Kop second half...

VAR needs to go. it should work most sports have shown that. the 2019 rugby world cup showed a masterclass in how to use technology with common sense. i remember a try that wouldve been disallowed if PL were in charge. but they used common sense & didnt disallow something because of millimeters.

but its a disaster in PL. im sure there are 10x issues than pre var. we had a 1 or 2 bad decisions every month. & now its 1 at least in every game every week. proof sometimes efficiency doesnt equal better. just go back to humans & if anyone complaints say we will bring back VAR & they'll shut up
Apparently the Lino also acknowledged it was offside and Var just confirmed it to give the correct decision

I think Burke has been far worse than him. We need to stop using McB as a target man as he osnt very good playing with his back to goal

Played ok, but haven't made the most of things when in good positions, and started to concede possession to cheaply.. another 2nd half like v West Brom is needed, although a point would be a good result.

How is it so difficult to understand McBurnie is better with ball to feet, 30 seconds in quality pass to Burke. Then 45 mins of hoof ball. Feel sorry for the bloke
