He's 28, has a wealth of experience, technically gifted, would fit our system, we can afford him (free) and he is creative. He'll also know that he will have to take a pay cut unless he already has something lined up abroad which is unlikely in the current covid climate.
Clearly our budget has been overstretched with needing a replacement for JOC so we need to capitalise on these opportunities and hopefully Wilder et al will at least have a chat with him
