I think you have to register your squads for the qualifiers (which is why Feyenoord rushed to buy Anel to get him signed up), so if he’s their primary registered right back then it makes sense for them to want to keep him while they’re going on. However, it also suggests we’re not exactly close to triggering any sort of release clause.

The match videos aren't going to show Seol for the whole 90 minutes. Scouts will watch the game and focus on him from start to finish. You don't get that from a video.
