Was really hot stuff but then got a bad injury like O'Hare did at Coventry. He's really good cutting in on his left foot from the right. I expect if he signs he'll play on the right of a three as an inverted winger. But saying that Wilder generally likes left footers on the left.

We've had Traore, Osula and Slimane play out on left in preseason so far. All predominantly right footed and all looked good cutting in.

We’ve been playing Osula on the left and Brooks on the right in pre-season, so he may have changed his mind on that.

I think that's more important to Wilder in the central positions in defence and midfield.

I've watched far too much of them - there might be a player in there but he's far too inconsistent.

Yet to speak to a Stoke fan that's sad to see him go, and they're crying out for attackers

I was sad to see him go but admittedly that’s probably mostly fuelled by frustration at unfulfilled promise.

He’s so talented, great finisher. I think he could easily play in the Prem but application and fitness are the problem, It’s a shame. If I was any other Champ club I’d snap up the chance to give him a fresh start though.
