If he's got crap hamstrings we can bring Jamie Ward's exercise bike back to the side of the bench. That worked loads didn't it.........

Young with a hamstring problem...its a tight call but I suggest we pull any interest...even if its fabricated imterest

Appreciate this kid signed a new contract, but always looked the real deal when I've seen bits of him. I wonder if we don't manage to make a "Berge-esque" striker signing, if we'll instead invest in young talent that aren't ready yet (transfer fee dependant).

Wilder liked him once then, according to the OP.

He’s definitely still on the list.

We could do the whole ‘famous Dad’ thing as well!

Pace out wide.

I would like him he would be our own player and has some ability to grow and get better in a more attacking side.

32 goals in 152 appearances. Sounds like a blades player to me!
1 in 5 for a wide player/forward in a terrible team, doesn't seem that bad.

I've literally no idea what Campbell's done this season, but I was a big fan previously. Injuries had seemed to be his drawback but perhaps those issues are in the past.

Been released by Stoke. Only 24, on a free - seems like the usual Wilder project player?

Gfs family are Stoke fans and are glad to be rid of him so this seems even more likely now

Injuries might not be in the past - believe he has vertigo so can't challenge for headers?

(Wish I was joking)

Reminds me of Didzy a little, not so much as a player but as a signing. Ipswich who were low mid table released him after an injury hit season and we signed him and the rest is history. Wilder did say he didn't want more injury prone players though. Maybe he has to risk this with Campbell.

Think he’s left rather than being released. He was their main striker for a while. He’s a big goal shy though

He was great a few years ago before his bad knee injury. Wouldn’t be totally against this as a low risk signing on a short ish contract.

Ger him in, we're good at collecting rubbish.

Connor Salmons still playing, got 2 at the weekend, just wilders type

He’s not staying at Stoke not that they don’t want to keep him.

Dearie Me
Yet another crock.
There should be no suggestion of us acquiring any players with any history of injury.
We have plenty of those already thanks.
Strong young athletes please.
He’s a young quick athlete.

Last 3 seasons he’s played 98 games. So he’s averaging around 30 games a season.

How you would say he’s a crock is ridiculous.

You can say he’s a poor player whatever but 30 games a season isn’t a crock.
