First goal would win this; both great defensively, can’t see us scoring against them now, we have created very very little. They’re aren’t great, we’ve given them far too much respect. Get at them second half.

We just haven’t seen any quality in the final third yet. Too loose. We’ll get one or two moments in second so long as don’t go into shell.

Our ‘style of play’ reminds me more and more of Southgate's England, just very beige, extremely boring, non-entertainment. Lots of sideways passing across the back 4 and no plans beyond that.

Nothing dynamic, exciting, or attacking about it.

I hope we see more from the second half performance.

Every one of our attacks seems to need at least 5 intricate passes so it's not surprising they keep breaking down

Let’s not forget Burnley should be down to 10 men.

I don’t see how Cullen gets away with a foul, a handball and then a late tackle which finally gets him a yellow, only for him to not them get a second yellow when he’s late once more.

Then Hamer slides in, gets the ball and gets a yellow and is now no better off than Cullen.

I don’t remember McBurnie getting the same leniency last season.

Don’t know quite how Gilchrist managed to be so far out of position but it’s happened multiple times.

Crap goal to give away. Terrible marking.

Burnley haven't been that good, we've just been predictable and awful. Peck always passing backwards under no pressure or launching a crap ball forwards. Brewster not in the game because no one is passing down the right and Gilchrist looks for Cooper or Peck. Everyone else is playing hot potato and not wanting responsibility to keep the ball. For me, Moore needs to drop back when attacks start to bring O'Hare, Hamer and Brewster into advanced attacking positions, but he always stays up top alone waiting for a hollywood ball.

There is a lack of quality in everything we are doing right now.// our game plan doesn’t appear to be an aggressive one, rather we are happy with the sideways and backwards passing with very little going through the channels to challenge the center of the Burnley defense…

That dynamic has to change if we want to win this game ….its just too easy for the Burnley defense

The idea of sideways and backwards is to move the opposing team around to create something. When you just go sideways and backwards it’s not very good.

Cooper poor effort. Should have saved that.

Argument they should be down to 10 and the referee should have pulled it back for a foul before their goal

Shocking goal to give away. But, again, it was a foul United’s way that this pillock failed to give.

Jammy git the way it went back to him as well and their bloke nicely stood on the 6 yard line on his own yet not interfering apparently.

Scott Parker getting the same ref decisions the little cunt got when he was at Bournemouth.
