However - I think this game is HUGE, so I expect to see Berge & MGW in the same roles, worked so well. Most accomplished performances for a while from those two, scary how good we could be if they play like that week in week out.

Only rotation I would guess would be Fleck, but his drive in home games gets us on front foot.

Baldock substitution purely precautionary? That's the only injury concern.

Possible that Basham, Bogle and Baldock might all be missing. I have played right back in the past so will be offering my services !!
Any replacement at RWB must have a surname beginning with B, so Berge to play there ?

But he's frustratingly inconsistent. The bloke can play football and is a skilled, flair player. But he fails in most areas and from what I hear disappears in games especially when playing tougher and more challenging opposition.

A bit like Berge, in fact.

45 goals and dozens of assists in 122 games before he got injured is just about the opposite of frustratingly inconsistent.
 
Dack coming back for the run in could be huge for them. The season they’ve had without him has been excellent.

Yep Bogle out for rest of season. Dropping like flies. If we go up probably this season will be one of the most miraculous ever save the last PL 11th Finish season.

No me not going cancels that out as when I go they dont seem to do very well so me not going stops your bad luck. Although I just got tickets for the Boro game...... Yep I know that begins with M but thats not my jinx.

If McBurnie has to play (to give Billy a rest) then Millwall on Saturday would be a better choice of game. The Blackburn match is the most important one and we must play our strongest team.

I’m fairly convinced he’s not a very good footballer but we’ve spent a hell of a lot of money on him and now all our other options are injured. So we might as well try and get him scoring, by playing him alongside an actually creative midfield of MGW, Berge, Fleck and Norwood. Or should we play Sharp and a couple of kids without a lot of senior football just because we think McBurnie is a twat?
 
Going to be an interesting team selection tomorrow. Who knows.

Pretty much this, if there's one game where we need to play our strongest side.. it's this one.

We lose and we strengthen a promotion rivals playoff chances while weakening our own.

I understand your point but just because he cost alot of money doesn't warrant him starting over our top scorer would would do anything for this club. We dont owe McBurnie anything. If he was a good footballer he would have proved this over the past 18+ months we've had him and he hasn't

Not really suggesting that we owe him anything, but I take your point. I would love to see Sharp play every game but he is getting on a bit and surely can’t play all the minutes for the rest of the season? I’m also really keen to see Jebbo play, so for me I’d want to see Hecky use his subs more and earlier on in the game. Bring back the Wilder subs on 60 mins!

no brereton no Poveda this is will be massively different game. because they ripped us apart at ewood park & like Swansea on Saturday but with us. they looked they'd score every time they attacked

but this is massive i had realised that we would be 1pt behind them with a game in hand if we could win. which looking a Blackburn form. i think we are big favourites. shows how incredible this turnaround has been when we lost to derby we were 17pts behind.
