Slightly concerned as to why you have pictures of his nob but there’s the possibility he DM’s dick pics on the forum I suppose?!

I’m an orthopaedic surgeon. Just based on how he appeared as he stood up after injury. Obviously would need clinical examination and X-rays !! Worst outcome would be clavicle fracture as 6-8 weeks to heal however treated. Shoulder dislocation would need to be popped back in and a few weeks out. AC joint dislocation depends on severity of injury as to how treated.

Well I would use a saw or a mallet to sort it out. Whichever he would prefer
