He’s a great alternative in my eyes,makes a team hard to beat,plays good football,like Wilder used to do but more savvy and experienced at a higher level. And the two seasons after that is an absolute pittance for the prem. Sunderland and Leeds have both spent over 150m this season for eg.

They already had a good squad and spent loads more on good players.

Dyche kept them up on a show string and most of those players were signed by his predecessors, hence Dyche was brought in to firefight which he did successfully.

Can't see this one happening even if the Yanks move Selles on. My money right now would be on Carrick or similar? Ticks a few boxes, but also on the same hand doesn't, I just think that it will be someone young with a higher sealing for development, and someone who may appeal to any potential investors?
