Upon which basis it's a complete no brainer.Offer him a low basic with high incentive bonuses, one year contract with our option to extend after six months. If he turns out to be a twat we can just terminate his contract and pay him off.
Can't understand why people agonise over whether to go with him or not ? It will either work or it won't, the fall out if it doesn't being minimal.
