You could be right. It came up in FB feed somaybe I posted it for some specific reason.
Just checked and apparently the pub closed in 2011!!! So, yup, probably nearer 20 years ago.

I just looked up Shiny Blade (I know his real name and where he went to in the US) and there was an interview with him when we was living there in 2012 so must have been before that. Also Radio Blade looks like a reight babbie!
