One thing we need to do is make the ball stick up front. It's hard to do at Millwall. So dropping Ndiaye for Jebbison will do us no favours at all. Not the game to do it

glad to have millwall & so we can move on putting that midweek game behind us. hopefully we can repeat the fa cup & get back on track. rotation is always needed. you cant play same players for 46 games.

in hindsight the boro game wasnt as bad. it was how bad the midfield was, it was like like watching england in 2010 & 2014 world cups, you work hard to get possession only to lose it quickly. you cant lose the ball on halfway line, as it left the defence exposed to the pace they had. so if we've shored up the midfield we should be ok

why no Couliabaly?

Hecky has taken the easy option here and I'm not a fan.

He has to stop having Osborn as such a favorite of his.

I'm not going to slag one of our own players off, but why is he in the squad today?

He isn't going to bring something they McAtee or Fleck don't bring. So we don't need him there. We have Clark and Ahmedhodžić on the bench, so if anything happens to Lowe, we can move Robinson there or Bogle there and move Basham to RWB.

We have no shortage of left footed options who are better.

Coulibaly on the other hand is physically stronger and quicker. He can play DM or box to box and he's right footed.

Apart from playing favorites and not wanting to upset someone who has been there a while, if he's picking McAtee and Fleck on the bench there is absolutely no logical justification to selection Osborn as well and at the expense of Coulibaly.

There may be some future in Coulibaly. I think we've already seen that Osborn has limited impact at a higher level and has struggled to break into the team lower down too.

Stop playing favorites, Hecky.

I just wish Hecky would be a bolder and utilise Coulibaly more. What little I have seen of him I was quite impressed. He needs game time to gain confidence as I’m convinced there’s a decent player there. Could be a gem we’ve badly needed to get us over the line.

Not having a go mate but it's a very common occurence.
I absolutely hope the guy turns out to be a cross between Patrick Vierra and Alex Sabella but will wait and see.
