Those are just a fantasy kit idea I believe.

Diagonal stripes worked for Bratfud because they don't have a particular pattern tradition unlike us.

I hate it when 'away' kit is dictated by sponsor, and then we wear it regardless of whether home kit clashes or not. I prefer the term 'change' strip, and only wear it when a change is required.

Why would it be dictated by the sponsor?

So what betting company are we having then. Seems to have been alluded to on here but my Poirot chip has malfunctioned and I can't piece the clues together.

Anyone give me a shortlist?

Has that been the case for us? Genuine question, have I missed it?

I'm pretty sure this away kit was foistered on us by the sponsor (who was only the sponsor of the away kit) summat to do with yellow and green being lucky in china?

And we wore it every away game regardless

You might get your wish;)

I never even noticed that we had different sponsors, looks like it was the same the season after as well.

Is there any evidence that we were 'dictated' to by the sponsors though? We seem to wearthe away kit regardless, even when we've got the same sponsor.

Based on the hints on this thread... and how positive they were about us all season on twitter...

My money is on Ladbrokes as a sponsor.

I think I'll have a punt on other at 50/1, just because Blackburn got relegated, and they had Dafabet, who may want another Championship team with their name on.

I'd rather it not be Ladbrokes or Paddypower for reasons of aesthetics and taste.

Actually, it's yellow and red that's lucky in China... they'dve loved the luminous kit then!

I hate away kits in general , I fail to see why if you are Red and White and sometimes a touch of Black , you'd want to ponce about in a yellow , orange or fluorescent green shirt .
Most of the Away designs incorporating true Sheffield United colours are perfectly acceptable . this one pictured was great

The only Derby away I ever bought was this one , we are black and white , not bloody tangerine or lilac ..the Derbyshire added to its appeal .

I find it completely irritating when your on Holiday for example , you see a Bloke in a Football shirt , and find yourself having to try and identify the Club badge , so you know what Team , this hideous fluorescent citrus creation belongs to .
It used to be easy , clubs in Claret and Blue , like Crystal Palace , Villa and West Ham (yes gits I know !!) would use a White shirt incorporated with the Club colours ...and mostly they looked good

I'm still having nightmares from watching that Huddersfield Town concoction at Wembley the other day .................

And the 1st season we were down. Westfield Health on Home. VW on away. Pigs had it opposite way around.
