That's got more to do with the left wing back hes having to carry.
Then that needs sorting as well ,personally think he needs a rest and putting on some kind of fitness programme as he looks shattered

The only player who didn't miss a minute of pre season ,and you think taking him out of the side will help his fitness ?
He hasn't missed a minute since wilders been here and has looked shot since halfway through last season

I'll tell you another game where JOC and Enda where both made to look poor.

If our opposition whatch this video they will see how easy it is to get past those two with a single clinical pass.

And yesterday it was Basham's turn to be exposed too against Swansea.

looked like he’d left already yesterday .. :(

As I said in an earlier post SP. watching him just left me wondering whether he looked like he didn't ant to be there? I could be completely wrong of course

Go out and have a stormer Tuesday night and I'll take it back :)

as will i..

We’ve only really got two good players for this division. If we downgrade on one of those then I will start to worry about our chances this season.

indeed but ultimately it depends on his replacement

It does. I’ve never heard of this Jake Cooper fella, I feel like I would have if he was anywhere near JOC’s level, but maybe not.

I hope there’s substance to the interest in George Saville, a very tidy attacking midfielder with goals in him. We need more in that area. Lundstram and Evans aren’t good enough.

If he said he wants to leave tell him to give us one more season and he can go for a fair price.

Didn’t do Mahrez or Suárez too bad
If the player was sold for a higher enough figure that it could not only replace him, but replace the right sided CH and left back, plus aid getting a perm CF in, then it's a no brainer for me.

We should already have plenty of money left from selling Brooks. We will have had some budget before that anyway.

If hes got the chance to get paid twice as much, and play Premier League football, it'd be weird if he didn't want to go.

Cooper's had a good season and is a major factor in both boxes. 6 goals and 6 assists.

If we were interested at the start of the season I don't see why we wouldn't be now.

At 24 he's exactly the sort of age where many CBs kick on and establish themselves.

Agree Ricky, hes 24, 6'4" tall, played all 46 league games for Millwall last season and as you say scored 6 goals. He played in a number of England youth teams and is the sort of player who could really push on and be worth a lot of money. Hed be a back up initially to Egan and JOC but I suspect one of those two will be interesting the big teams by the end of next season and hed be a ready made replacement.

Utd certainly need better cover/competition for Egan than Stearman and Cooper ticks a lot of boxes. He may well be another pig those players that CW tracks for a long time before finally signing.

Millwall left sided 6ft 4 to compete with jock we were linked with him in last window scores goals loads of assists right age according to transfer market contracts up in summer very highly rated
Cheeky 12 million bid? Which is probably 8.mill off the going rate webster brighton went for 20 /22 million
