The short term plan from the owners has been hopeless. They haven’t even put an infrastructure to get players in properly. Not sacking Wilder would have bought them time to cover all bases.

You’re probably right, but one thing I have noticed is that neither Wilder or the owners have burned any bridges with each other. When they let Chris go they had nothing but good words for him and likewise Chris’s most recent interview he had nothing but respect for COH sports. Never say never.

United's 2'nd half performance proved they are playing for Ruben Selles. Really took the game to Millwall, with attack after attack. Lady luck not with us, Hamers curling effort, Burrows shot smacking the post and rolling across the goal line, and O'Hare shot etc,/
With the pressure of playing away from Bramall Lane removed, I am utterly confident about a good result at Middlesbrough.
Finally, I think Selles is handling the pressure and negativity very well, and is not looking phased at all.

Why wouldn’t Cooper’s come but Farke would.

It’s alright saying Cooper isn’t realistic but why? Are premiership clubs likely to be after him? No.

His next job will be in the championship like Lampards was, he had success at Derby & then a stint at Chelsea.

If we can afford to spend £10m on a centre half & a load of money on Godfrey’s wages we can afford Cooper.

The one thing I see your point on is if they were daft enough to not have an exit clause with Selles after the Wilder new deal then sacking.

Unfortunately I think we’ll give him a few more games & hope that new players make the difference but it won’t, tactically we’re all over the place.

Cooper would jump at the chance to manage us. He would be my first choice but I don’t trust theses lot to pick the right choice I can honestly see them going O’Neil or Rohl since they were interest in them before.

Not taking the piss at all T- B, just stating as I saw it. If one of those had gone in, the momentum would have carried us to 3 points. Fully understand where you are coming from about the previous 70 minutes, and Selles is the first to admit this, but if the player's weren't behind the manager, they would not have switched on for the last 20 minutes. What it tells me is that piece by piece, the jigsaw is coming together. A new striker this week will make the jigsaw 90% complete !

I've read that he also bought Grbic.

I've also read that he had no input whatsoever in the signings of Cooper, Campbell and Souttar.

There is nothing to suggest we’re 90% there. For 70 minutes we were torn apart. They took the foot off the gas and that why we got back into the game.

They missed 2/3 sitters, against a better team we’d have been 3 down like we were vs Bristol
