Billy Sharp and Danny Webber were again on target as United picked up another win on the European pre-season tour.

As well as the strikers finding the target, David Carney also netted as United beat Belgian semi-professional out KVK Tienen on Wednesday evening.

However, during the second half Sun Jihai lasted just 19 minutes of his debut before being sent off for two yellow card offences.

On a dry pitch in the centre of Belgium, both sides made a bright start, although it was the home team that forced the first chance with Dufoor shooting at Bennett.

Kilgallon needed to deflect a shot wide from De Silva as Tienen produced a good move, whilst Penga Ilenga caught the eye with his pace against Armstrong.

Tienen: Schuermans, Lunenburg, Vanhees, Triantafillidis, Nys, Meeus, Penga Ilenga, Lacroix, De Silva, Konon, Dufoor. Subs: Van Impe, Vanarwegen, Bogaerts, Belme, Peeters, Vandeput, Vandecauter, Thijs.

And we had Diego Bisheswar playing for us in the 2nd half. He is unoficiallly on trial, a talent from Feyenoord Rotterdam. Originally a winger, played right midfield tonight.
Just home 20 minutes now, too tired to do something with the pictures and a decent report, have to get up in 5 hours, work....that all will come later...

Yes, did meet kevin. He introduced me to Chris Morgan, and agreed I can reach out the award next time I visit a match at Bramall Lane, just before kick off.

Was a good game. Strong start, resulting in a Stead goal, good cross Halford. After that Helmond the better side for 15 minutes and scoring a 1-1.
In the 2nd Blades were the better team, resulting in 3 other goals, Stead (after an inmpressing run), Quinn with a wonderfull volley and Biseswar (good pass Stead).
Best players were Stead and Quinn. Our Chinese did real well at rightback.
