It didn't happen so it's a hypothesis
Precisely.

It didn't happen so it's a hypothesis
So we're all.agreedPrecisely.
So we're all.agreed
I’m not 100% on board tbhSo we're all.agreed
You have no evidence for that assertion. It's all hypothetical
I was talking hypothetical because I don’t have access to parallel universes. What you said wasn’t hypothetical, it was just a illogical way of judging a players worth in comparison to another. But ok.
By all means, let Wilder know he is mistaken.
Well, we didn’t get promotion with him in our squad, In fact, in all the seasons he was with us, we never got promotion once. But as soon as he left, we got promoted. So it could be argued that he was holding us back...is that the sort of evidence you wanted?![]()
So do you choose to believe both or neither? You seem to be ignoring the fact that it was Wilder who had the final say in selling Brooks and that Brooks wanted to leave, according to Wilder at least. You can’t pick and choose which of Wilder’s statements you want to believe.
What % sell on do we have ? any idea.Bournemouth are planning for the Championship. They're fooling nobody.
I fancy him to move to Man U. Be a better move than Spurs. And he won't be as expensive as he would've been before. He's also from near Manchester.
Rather go for Callum Wilson, would be perfect for us. Not sure if we'd be able to afford him though.
Wales international Brooks has been on United's radar for some time, having scored seven goals and added five assists during his breakthrough 2018/19 season.
Haha, great reporting...
Surely his breakthrough season was 2017/18 where he played 30 Championship games and broke into the Welsh National side.
How can he "breakthrough" AFTER he's already an International footballer?
Where would he play ? Considering we couldn't fit him in the side when we played with an attacking ACM and a second striker and he is predominantly a wide midfielder which we don't use
His injury record this year is terrible but before that it didn’t seem that bad. Buying him now is obviously a risk. This season will arguably be his lowest price.
There is still a big risk as he won’t be cheap. A fully fit Brooks is 40m an injured one may be 20m.
After he got that virus with us (glandular fever was it?) he seems to constantly pick up little injuries.
Now he seems to not be able to shake the serious one he got at Bournemouth. Real shame as i think he’s a really special player.
