Agreed, let's hope they fund a couple of big money signings. Prem loans for very decent players will do if we can't sign any permanently.

We need to be adequately covered up until January when you'd expect the new owners to flex their financial muscle if they are serious about promotion.

On the contrary to the majority, I felt comfortable with Trusty stepping in when required.
Leaving ourselves with a lot to do by letting him out. Zero guarantees that RND can do the job if needed this season. And he looked way off it (as you'd expect) in the week.

True although I think one thing is obvious. Wilder is looking to offload pretty much every player that was signed last summer.

CCV was decent with us, but always seemed to have a mistake in him. That said, had/has all the tools and has come on leaps and bounds at dem Celts.

Just don't see the same progression with Trusty. He doesn't display those ' thou shall not pass' attributes all defenders should have.
