Should have been consigned to the scrap heap after match day 3.

At that point I bet most fans and pundits were saying the momentum is over, the league is proving difficult for the newcomers, expected service resumed blah blah.

It's momentum ya fekkin nimmers....

It's PASSION :eek::eek::eek::eek::eek: :cool:

I'm quite happy for all the talk of momentum to continue. At the end of the day it's a smoke screen to what is actually happening. We're battering sides week in week out. Teams are playing us with a pre conceived idea that were 'riding a wave of positivity' when in actual fact, were a fucking good football team!

Long may that continue. Whilst ever that attitude is deployed against us, we'll keep picking up points for our obligatory Chris Wilder 100 point season. :D

Boro injustice and the "Oh shit, we might be in trouble" defeat at Cardiff which came right after each other brought me right down to Earth after last season. Our subsequent performances after such setbacks should have nipped all talk of it just being down to momentum in the bud.

If you lose momentum, you have to build it up again, that's physics, we have done, in this division by being good and playing good, attacking, precise football. Every other team is treated this way, Wolves are a good team in form, Cardiff a good team in great form, but we are riding last season and it's implied every time momentum alone is mentioned that we are jammy and eventually that our luck will run out.

It does us a huge disservice, but I'm quite happy for people to write us off and underestimate us, we'll just keep proving them wrong.
