Whoever is behind the decision to U-turn on Osborn gets my backing. At last someone with an eye for a player is in a position of authority at the club.
If there's money to spend, Osborn is not the answer and if money is very tight, Osborn is not the answer.
He'll no doubt end up at an Easy Midlands club - Derby if he's lucky, Burton or Mansfield if he gets the move his ability deserves.
 

Let’s see tomorrows meltdown or latest rumour he has in store for us.

Nixon lost some.cred with me last summer when Fabrizio definitely turned out to have the better sources on the Ndiaye situation. Has Fabrizio weighed in on tekovva yet?
 
Nixon suggesting that the takeover is hurting our recruitment drive for players. Players were after are unwilling to sign on terms we’re offering.

My fear is if this drags on we are panic signing and not able to gel a team together. You then have a similar scenario to the team we managed to put together for this season, a bunch of individuals.

You can’t take everything you read seriously, but as exciting as the takeover feels. It could be damaging in the short term.

Alternatively the takeover ruse is being used like last summer.

You have to fear for next season judging by recent transfer windows in any event.

We can’t sign as we’re being taken over and players suddenly think we’ll pay them more than they’re worth.

Had to be one of them didn’t it?
 

To be fair I think any rumours around us currently are around the ownership.

Would the new owner be able to sign players …. not yet.

Would the current owner sign players that potentially the new owner doesn’t want…. No

Stalemate.

Nixon seems to have lost any knowledge prior to the initial breaking of it. Stating we aren't signing because we're being taken over isn't exactly frost nixon cutting edge journalism

Technically of course you are right of course.

The same limitation hasn’t stopped Rotherham announcing 7 new signings. They can see decisive action being taken to boost their hopes of bouncing back.

As we know from last year it’s how you line up in August that counts though a little early boost to enthusiasm for a fanbase which is teetering on becoming a little disenfranchised wouldn’t be turned down I wouldn’t think!

Well I think we all know they are that bad without a takeover. Can’t believe that some people do not fully appreciate that we are completely skint

If that’s what he’s said specifically and it’s true of course.
Without it, he’s just contracting his own story from a week or so ago which neither the club, the player nor the manger have given any credence to.
