Yes, looking forward to another cold October night in the 'Gene Kelly'. Anyway, it's a good 16 miles if you don't mind:p

Hmmm, old Deluded never was unmasked was he.........

Can I just give a word of warning :(

We have just been to the seaside and there head stewards were morons

We could not put the flag up in the open away end and I quote " It might burst into flames and burn the stand down "

There was also problems with getting our drum

In all you will have a great time

Cracking the flags here Foxy as you may have seen from Blackpool's game on the Footy League show.

More worryingly, if you did, you'd have also seen a confident, pacey, passing team heading for their 1st league win against us in almost 30 years :-(

..........and a severe gale forcast, lovely conditions for a long ball game. Hope you all have a good time at the seaside, dont forget your bucket and spade.

Apologies to all, p1ssing it down again today and as dingledog points out high winds forecast for tomorrow :-(

That stat doesn't look so good when you recall we have only played them 8 times in the League since 1980 :-)

I'm not expecting anything out of this game tomorrow, so I'm just hoping I have a good day out.

With the way our defence is performing, I'm predicting a 3-0 home win.

Ever the optimist, eh?

Well it looks likely we can't use Davis, as he's got a problem with knee ligaments.

Been quiet on potential returns to the squad, hoping Wardy isn't too far off, as he could have an impact.

Big question for me is, do we bring Fortune in, or has Killa convinced Blackwell that he's in the right frame of mind and responsible enough to give his all?

I don't envy you tonight chaps... think I would rather me at college expanding my brain, than stood on that bit of scaffolding, freezing my tits off :D

There seems to be a lot of our fans calling for Blackie to fall on his sword. Blackpool are a team in top form and we appear to be a team of walking wounded and misfits at the moment. It all points to a thrashing. If the score ended up something like 6 - 0 could Blackie realistically carry on? Blackpool could do us a favour tonight.

Mind you, football is rarely predictable. I wouldn't be too surprised if we managed a draw, or even a lucky win. Watch out for beachballs!

Got my ticket, decent chance of finishing work early and really not looking forward to going!

Severly underdressed for the weather, bit tired, got 2 and a quarter hours on a train that stops in Bradford, Accrington and every other godforsaken place between Leeds and Blackpool and not exactly chomping at the bit to see some asti spumante football from Blackwell's boys.

Bound to be a classic then...

Not confident about the game tonight at all, they are doing great ,we are doing shite, hate to say it 2-0 Blackpool tonight,I would be happy if we came away with a point though.

Seasiders are still struggling up front with strikers Daniel Nardiello (hip), Gary Taylor-Fletcher (ankle ligaments) and Stephen McPhee (knee) still sidelined.

That means they will score 3 from their reserve bunch Burgess with 2 and Adam with the other, and we will score zip. If that's right that they haven't beaten us there in 8 attempts in the last 30 years then we are priem pickings tonoght to reverse that trend

I remember us drawing 1-1 and winning 4-1 in the 80's with - good memries Martin Pike playing well and scoring in the win.

I hate to say I told me so and I don't take any pride from it but we are in freefall and I don't see anything changing for weeks.

I'm assuming the second half was a shocker as Foxy said we weren't playing too badly when he rang at half time.

Rather glad I'm snuggled warm in bed instead of facing that trip back!

First half very uneventful altho we were better side. Second half very poor. Micalijo didn't seem to enjoy it much. Really not sure what to say apart from that.

I'm sure Micalijo will step up to the plate on your behalf..:gallop:
