so last year we had a ‘bottom 3’ Budget aided and assisted by sell on clauses.

How much is a mid table budget?

Following the logic we finished 11 places above our budget last year we should be in top 6 with an increased budget?

Wilder has to win the league or he's sacked and Rip comes in.
Part of the new contract...

Enough to get some excited, despite it meaning nothing.

I presume they were also planning on having Brooks money to spend, wonder whether post Xmas has put a spanner in that particular works.....

if wilder got the budget he's happy with. im happy because this is probally a realistic budget because last year was a 21st budget. mid table looks better than it does on paper because cant forget the ludicrous money spent at the top the league now last time we were championship a midtable budget was probally a top 4 budget. as mentioned villa spent 12m on Hogan & 9m on kodija, middlesboro 15m on assombalonga , S6 30m on players since hull defeat & Newcastle spent more money in their only championship season than we had in 30years. i wouldn't want us to spend that money because i don't like other clubs gambling clubs future on 100m too much risk

& based on last season as has been mentioned many times, there are plenty of points on table if we can turn missed chances/opportunites into goals. because in 6 games after the international break when were in play off contention (so last 2 v pne & bristol exempt) we took the lead in every game but only won 1.

Its said to be a “mid table budget”, because when Kev and Abdullah met in London last week, they both slapped their budgets out on the middle of the table to see who’s was biggest. Due to a pre-agreed pact, details are unknown to anyone outside of the two and Chris Wilder (who was watching via Skype from Hollywood Boulevard), but clearly one side had a bigger, more impressive budget which impressed Chris and they now hold the bragging rights, whilst the other has been humbled and must now accept the fact that his budget wasnt fulfilling enough to satisfy Wilders demands.

Or something like that.

This is good news, maybe Wilder's continuous pursuit of Ryan Leonard and Ricky Holmes will be fruitful at last.

With the £12m already agreed for Brookes and the thirty bob each of McC and the prince are chucking in, its silly season. Dilly Dilly :)

Stalker? I replied to a post of yours. In which you quoted the latest "fashionable"phrase for those unencumbered by any meaningful thought process.
