like Len BadgerAnd once again he's here to slag off the poster rather than understand the post
They will not get capped whilst they play for us, that's a fact.
If Jagielka, Maguire and Walker played their entire careers for us they'd have never seen a cap either.
Imagine one day it could be Ramsdale v Hendo v Coops vying for england... we've had some top keepers in the past 5 years
Wasn't Scholes awful at tackling? Or am I confusing him with someone else?I think Peck is a better all round midfielder than Arblaster.
For me, Peck is like a Paul Scholes, where as Arblaster is more of a Gerrard/Lampard.
Considering keepers aren't injured much it's the hardest place to break in. Henderson has been at similar or above Cooper level in performance since 2019 and has a handful of caps.Mad as it seems to us who see Cooper week in week out he’s probably about in 6th place when it comes to England selection behind Pickford, Hando, Ramsdale, Trafford, Pope..
Peck's ahead of him in the queue because he's from Dahn SahfDepends on injuries. I'd say Arblaster, but he has tough competition + taking away our bias, is he as good as Wharton, Mainoo etc?
And don't forget Joe Shaw and Alan Woodward.like Len Badger
Always thought Scholes could get stuck in when requiredWasn't Scholes awful at tackling? Or am I confusing him with someone else?
England's current order is Pickford/Henderson/Trafford/Ramsdale/Pope. Realistically, Cooper is fourth on that list but he won't get into Tuchel's thoughts unless he is absolutely outstanding if and when we're in the Premier League. He'll be reliant on an injury to one of the top three.Considering keepers aren't injured much it's the hardest place to break in. Three years for Leeds, eight years for us. He was only 18 when he joined us.And don't forget Joe Shaw and Alan Woodward.
Tony Currie got six caps whilst playing for us for nine years, and low and behold he moves to Leeds plays for only a couple of years and gets eleven
Alan Hodgkinson barely played for England either
I bow down to your superior knowledge and memory/research SBThree years for Leeds, eight years for us. He was only 18 when he joined us.

Well I can guarantee cooper will be busy next year if we go up..so plenty o time to show his credentials.England's current order is Pickford/Henderson/Trafford/Ramsdale/Pope. As an aside, I see Ramsdale has been linked with Leeds if they're promoted. Please, please let that come to pass.
Agreed, but Pickford and Rammsdale certainly won’t.Yes should have included him, but i think Hederson will keep him out
Ramsey rated TC highly, Revie didn'tI bow down to your superior knowledge and memory/research SB
Point still stands though, I think Currie played his best years for us and got practically no international recognition, he moves to Leeds and has three ordinary years but was then deemed to be good enough
Probably somebody like Stan BowlesI think it was Frank Worthington who claimed that Don Revie told him, Currie, Alan Hudson and another player, (I can't remember who now), that they wouldn't get picked for England whilst he was manager because they weren't dodgy Don's type of player.
He probably wasn't awful - but was certainly famous for low quality/striker-type tackles. Tackling wasn't his bread and butter.Wasn't Scholes awful at tackling? Or am I confusing him with someone else?
