He has been heroic all season but I think that playing every minute for us and then flying off to internationals must take its toll.
I don't think he was too bad v Leeds but today it was clear from the off that he was making uncharacteristic mistakes & misjudgments , which points to fatigue.
And now Anel has landed him right in it coz no chance of a rest.
Whilst folk having been calling for a LW in January , I've been saying a CB is needed of the height & quality of our best pair.
Anel has now foolishly broken up that partnership for 3 games , two of which v promotion rivals - he should hang his head really , for weakening us when we have little depth.

Souttar made mistakes which directly contributed to both goals. He has been a rock for the most part up to now, not sure that flying to the other side of the world and back helps.

We did seem to resign ourselves to sitting back after the break and trying to cling on without much control in possession or attacking intent.

Anel was stupid to rise to that cheating bastards antics, that said he regularly commits crazy ‘tackles’ in and around the box that he gets away with. It’s about time that there was retrospective bans for cheating. Feigning injury, pretending to have been struck in the face is surely pretty simple to identify and implement sanctions to stop it. It’s not ‘gamesmanship’ or ‘dark arts’ as is the favoured word for it currently. It’s just cheating pure and simple.

Not going to read this thread as I already know what it contains.

Anel had to go. Both hands around a players throat throwing him to the ground. Ref card all day. If you disagree tell your club to appeal it. Bassette was a naughty boy touching the back of his neck I agree. I can imagine what was said about it on here. But he is a 19 year old lad who has a lot to learn. Got a deserved yellow. Scored his first goal for us that counted. His other goal counted wrongly as an OG. Keep your eyes off him. Made his debut for Belgium a few days ago. A proper prospect. Today was his first team debut.

So on Hamer. When he was in the middle he made both of your goals. Yet you play him on the left 2 shots on target 2 goals. The story of our season. Defensively poor. We were on top as usual before the red card.

Rudoni v O'Hare? Like I also said we don't miss O'Hare but would have kept him if it didn't break our wage structure. Rudoni is a stronger player and nearly a foot taller.

Happy with the game. Very entertaining. Another 2 points dropped because of our defence.

Great defending from Robbo there.

He saw their player in a great position to score but noticed he was just offside
so instead of panicking trying to close him down....Robbo left the Cov player in space.

So when he received the pass..... and scored....Robbo stayed calm knowing he was offside.

Robbo has more confidence in officials than I do
