Referee very nearly conned us out of the FA Cup,there first pen was NOT a pen it was a yard out the box and Mullins launched himself into it.
And we should have a penalty for a clear handball near the end.

Pleased to be through and stop the Wrexham love in, not that we should resent them as we all loved the national attention in our first Premier League season when we were the pundits and neutrals favourites.

But we made that way too hard for ourselves tonight and our decision making in the final third was too slow, not clinical enough, not ruthless enough and not selfish enough. Too much over passing and searching for the perfect pass when they had a good option in front. McAtee was getting on my nerves tonight. A potentially good player in the making but not one for the Premier League yet. He wants 4 touches before passing or shooting.

I’m glad we don’t have to play wrexham again. Credit too them, great team and support. They deserve all the success i’m sure they will achieve this season.

3-1 is great for us but definitely hides a lot of worries for me. Still not very composed in possession, wasteful and invite pressure too often. Be interesting to see how we play against tottenham considering wrexham outplayed us in the first leg and controlled the game for small periods in this tie as well.

Still a LOT of work for us to do. I must say it was a good game to watch though.
