Not at all, mate. Please don't take this as antagonism as you have always been decent when posting on here.
I think its his first full game, JOC has been doing it 4 years-ish, and JOC was far fuckin worse that Robinson in his first few games
Give him a little slack, probably nervous as fuck all game, lets see after a few more games
The result has to stand for obvious reasons but let’s hold to account anyone responsible for this shambles.
I think Stevens may be used as LWB in some games as he is aware of the requirement of the role.It wasn't a criticism of him, just a fact that the time he may require, may put us out of the Europe picture.
Not having a go at you or anyone else here, but why do so many assume that the result has to stand and nothing can be done?
Surely the Uzbekistan Bahrain game from 2005 shows otherwise?
And this is an equally if not worse situation.
Also find the attitude of being good sports commendable from some but don't really understand it, I want other fans to hate our club.
No successful club is ever liked. Let's not be too nice.
* In addition Ireland appealed over the Henry handball incident. Granted they didn't win but FIFA did give a payout...

Seriously?? Legal action?? We would get laughed out of court, we would say we were robbed, at best the outcome would be match replayed, and the chances of that are about 1 percent, and then I expect we would lose said rearranged match
And finish 9th on goal difference
We had a decision go against us, just as we have had plenty go for us
It shouldn't have happened, but it has, we take the point and move on to Saudi United
Agreed.
Also, if the goal had been awarded the game could have taken a completely different course. We may have gone on to win comfortably, but on the other hand it may have galvanized Villa (who were actually better than us for the majority of that game). There is no way of knowing whether or not they might have upped their game further and turned it around.
When a mistake like that is made you cannot simply just add one goal to our scoreline and say with certainty that that would have been the outcome. It's not as simple as that.
Sheffield United are better than that.I’m far from being a good sport, still angry and gutted but managed not to wet myself.
I want to see the Hawkeye coverage and hear Oliver and the gormless twat at Stockley Park explain what’s exactly happened and to explain the rule about var being used for incidents. Not Mike Riley dodging questions.
The only compo could be is the positional monies, to give us what we’d have got with two extra points. Highly unlikely though. The PL will be hoping we flounder and don’t now just fall short. Now there’s a conspiracy to theorise over.......
Sheffield United are better than that.
The result is unlikely to change, and based on relative performances, a point for us was a decent result.
The subject of GLT, Var and referees decisions needs to be the subject of a PL inquiry, in order to prevent this happening again. The system systems failed. The clubs did not.
Clubs might want to challenge the system, but the result will still stand. The legal recourse may be possible, but to what end?
We’ve seen the unholy mess caused by Kev and co going down that route.
Let the PL investigate, and deal with any shortcomings. The clubs were the subject of a systems failure, not the cause of it.
Move on and let our football do the talking. Taking this to court is petty and small minded. We are a proper football club first and foremost, not a business enterprise in this case.
No, we just change the final score to 3-2. We own the rights to 4-2 these days!Does this mean we have to give the world cup from 66 back?
Erm, have a replay from 43 minutes with us 1-0 up?
There have been plenty of examples of that happening:

England U19 Women to replay final seconds of Norway game after howler
The England Under-19s Women’s team will replay the final seconds of their European Championship qualifier against Norway on Thursday night after Uefa admitted the referee made a mistake in the original encounterwww.theguardian.com
Next Wilder interview he needs to say .......Now we know it can be fiddled
And if we lose?
Next Wilder interview he needs to say .......
We understand GLT now, for corners we are going have players blocking the cameras ............![]()
Penalty against Sheffield United for blocking the CamerasNo Chris, he’s here,
Enda?
Yes, Chris,
You sure Knilly?
Yes, HERE,
Who’s the occlusion man then?
I don't for one minute think we should look at legal action irrespective of how this ultimately affects us. It would be embarrassing imho.
However, should Villa stay up by a point at the expense of someone like West Ham, it might be Interesting to see what occurs.
Again I ask, why should we care about whether it is embarrassing or not?
If you get mugged you don't refuse to go to the police out of embarrassment.... do you?
