Believe me, it could have been one of the most humiliating episodes in the long history of SUFC trying to shift 6k for this one.

Was at the Lane this morning and in ticket office at 9.30 ish. Nobody about. Can only hope that as more people qualify the tickets will start shifting. I have mine so Blackwell can rest assured that the true loyalists will be behind him that day.

I think Strafford's missed a trick here because he should have given us 6 and then laughed as we shift 4,000 max.

Did you see the state of the tarmac too Mic? Everybody out!

Thought the carpark surface was excellent actually. Have you had problems?

I was in John Street and noticed we had 3 of those artificial lighting efforts on the go around the halfway line. Of all the many things we have wasted money on, Evans, Realty, these things must be at the top of the list.

Realty? What's that?

At least there will only be 2,800 there to witness the shambles.

I fear another BDM

We'll sell out, stop panicking yer puffs.

How many people are eligible to buy today? And of those how many would be at the ticket office instead their phone or their PC?

Given the chance, 6000 tickets will be sold. See you on West St at 09.00 hrs.

I don't think we should go, let the normal away fans go but why should we fill their coffers? It's not like we are going to have anything to play for.

NOt sure Strafford has missed a trick - won't his trick be to release the other 3,000 tickets within a week of the match knowing we won't shift them that late on.

We got ours on the way to Cardiff yesterday, not many people about, but there are rarely big queues early since the loyalty points came in... That's the point of them.

I'm sure it'll pick up.

Waiting for an email telling me when we can apply, then we'll apply.

Even if we are out of the playoffs by then.
They will all get sold as the closer the match gets especially if there is the chance that losing those three points helps put them down.
The strikers and and maybe others should all be fit by the 18th of april.

I can get mine next Weds, because I have fewer points...

I'm hoping that this is the first year I can get tickets as i've never managed to get pig away tickets before...

>i've never managed to get pig away tickets before
i got one in '79.. still have it :-(

You've never seen United play at Hillsboro? Or, you've not been in the away end?

Have I stumbled into a parallel universe or is this just a re-skinned Owlstalk?

Last time I looked we were on the fringes of the play-offs and they were in a relegation battle.

Man up

I just don't think we'll sell tickets as quick as what we have done on previous visists. I've got my ticket, what more can I do? Support Blackwell, no chance. I'll be there in body and hopefully spirit when the occassion takes over.

There are deluded fantasists like you and then there are thousands who know how truly bad we are. Being on the fringes of the play-offs with all the money we have spent is nowt to write home about. Blackwell Out.

Why are the Pigs going to hammer us? They have a sh1t team and a manager who's considered a success as he managed to only be narrowly beaten by us in the Playoffs. Add to that they have a fat f&ckwit of a chairman and a ground that is falling down. Oh and Franny Jeffers is in their squad.

Judging by the number of stay-aways over the last few matches, I still think that their empty seats will outnumber ours by at least 4:1.

Unlike last year there has been no news released officially on their ST sales this year by the look of it, but my 'inside man' suggests that they haven't topped 6,000 yet with only 2 weeks to the first extended deadline.

Both, but i'd never want to watch from their end so only ever tried to get tickets in the away end

One of my finest memories watching the blades was witnessing our completing the double with a 3 - 1 victory, bouncing up and down on my seat in their North Stand.

Happy days.

You keep banging about this chill wind Duncs yet on plenty of occassions you ridicule people for saying crowds will drop off.

Are you referring to mythical multi-million pound corporate deals now falling by the wayside? Or, are you referring to Bob's horific decision to saddle the club with 50% of the costs of apartment blocks in Leicester?

I assume Bob is talking about the property recession, what are you talking about?
