A lot is said about our pessimism, but it's well justified by past events. It's also a tactic used to try to not get too far ahead of ourselves.
Even some Liverpool fans are pessimistic at the moment, they've thrown the title away a couple of times in the last 10 years and some of them think they'll throw it away again this year, they're humble enough to be pessimistic.
As far as Wendy are concerned, pessimism doesn't exist because what could possibly go wrong.
When things do go wrong it hasn't even happened, it just gets rejected from the memory bank and they start clapping again
They're too stupid and arrogant to be pessimistic
My pessimism is purely down to the fact that I don’t believe in counting my chickens. I’d love to be like blade too long and his ilk as they are relentlessly optimistic. However it’s in my nature to talk about what’s been achieved rather than what can be achieved. There’s a variety of viewpoints on here and I’m fairly convinced that although they all seem barmy as batshit and completely delusional there must be a pig with a sensible head on their shoulders somewhere amongst the 500k of them.
