Bid hasn’t been rejected I’m expecting this one to happen . However, apparently the lcb who we were after who I was excited about is though 😩. I will try and get more details to confirm it’s 100% not happening and then I will be able to name him since he won’t be coming. Gutted on that one!

I'm excited by this change in direction for transfers. There are gems out there. Hopefully 1 of slimane, traore or larouci turns out to be 1 of them. Look at van de ven, picked up by Wolfsburg from the 2nd Division in Netherlands, on his way to the premier League for £25-£30m this summer.

Aren't fenerbache in the champions League this season? I have no idea, but they generally pay quite well in Turkey don't they? Although, there is a large Hungarian presence in the bundesliga so that might have helped also.

No Fenerbache are in Europa Conference this year. Don’t know what they pay tbh.

Why wouldn't I be? I'm almost 50 I think I've seen enough football in my life, but it doesn't mean I'm always right, none of us are, it's called an opinion

I haven't once said you have more or less knowledge than me on French football 😂

Just that a) the signing doesnt really make sense
b) the french league isn't that good (it isn't, there's a reason it flirts with netherlands and portugal rather than bundesliga and laliga)
c) we are rivalling Preston to his signature
