If the boardroom wrangles continue will Kev and Princy allow him to bring players in early as that's the way he likes to get things done....early, or will they put the blocks on?
Testing times ahead.

they can’t resolve the valuation until we know which division we’ll be in next year as it has a huge material difference. The sooner we know the sooner we can resolve it.

He brought players in early in January...

...not exactly worked out well.

Quite clearly, 'The Championship'...........Crack on lads

Without getting all technical, Bramall Lane in theory has a variety of different values (at least 5) depending on what methodology is used & what assumptions are made. I would suspect (hope) that the definitive one is detailed in the contract between KM and HRH. I was under the impression that the issue was more about HRH not wanting to buy the land & buildings as opposed a difference in opinion as to value.

We've known over a week, Championship, can't see what all the confusion is about!??

The Prince definitely does not want the academy either. The problem is (as told to me from someone within the club) is the Prince is not revealing who is backers are if any. Both the owners keep bringing their own people in hence the return of Andy Daykin. The real crunch point is the Saudi's do not understand the football club concept as a community as there is nothing similar in their culture.

If the Prince gets control he will be selling the land and buildings and moving us to the outskirts in a 20k seater stadium, and we will be playing in Yeovil colours.

FOP.

The club took out a loan to fund the January transfers.
Unless things are sorted soon I can see no money being available this summer other than a proportion of the funds raised from outgoing deals.
You have to ask yourself how much nouse our two owners have got if the very strong rumours are true:——-

McCabe for bringing in HRH and not having terms in place insisting that he did what Mcabe expected of him re funding and potentially purchasing .

HRH for not understanding what makes us tick as a football club, how much value Wilder and his methods bring and how important our academy is to the long term future of OUR club.

My fear is that HRH is going to flip the club. He uses a contractual clause to initiate a sale by KM and then turns it to a 3rd party for a couple of £m profit. In this case he wouldn't want to disclose his backers because they are either venture capitalist types or the proposed future owners. I've always thought that KM started this process to call HRH's bluff because he thought he hadn't got the £'s to buy the whole shooting match and would walk away. Cue surprise when HRH activated the buy out clause.

Again a strange one. The bank the loan was taken from wasn't established high street, although at the time people on here said that no mainstream lender would touch a football club. Also the guy that heads up the bank has dealt with KM before when he worked for RBS or Bank of Scotland. The money borrowed seemed to be secured against the playing side (possibly future player sales) and surely would've needed both KM & HRH to sign it off, unless there is some kind of difference in sign off ability. As it turns out it must have amounted to circa £4m - £5m.
