There are more of those tweets than you would expect.
Not sure why maybe its the bad PR they got for Hillsborough but they really are so desperate to be liked by other football fans its really bizarre to read.
''Eeeyup Toby it's Mick from Rawmarsh 'ere.
I watched that on tv last night and I blame Ched Evans for that pitch fighting...''
''Oreyt Toby, it's Mark from Pitsmoor, well, ya know, it's great selling out every home match.
42000 other neet v Barnsley Dingles. Massive. Innit, Toby. Ya still theer? Toby? Toby?''

Coventry - meh.a new team that hates us - a bit like Hull, we'll all be scratching our heads to remember why in 20 years when they arrive in there 1000s to abuse us
No worries, I imagine you saw the comments like I did and thought "I'm gonna have to tell our fans about this"
Sweet victory tonight. Every sympathy with Coventry fans but if the ref had abandoned the game tonight i'm fairly sure it would have stood at 1-1 as we were past the 70 minute mark. It's not our fault their club is in the shit so for them to potentially ruin our promotion chances was completely out of order
Cant understand why people were not arrested or at least ejected. Sky dropped a bollock to in my opinion ,for all their arse licking and sticking up for them ,especially by the hopelessly inadequate Birtles ,how will the Coventry owners communicate Skys attitude with other owners but more pertinently how many viewers will have switched off ? If it hadn't been Utd there is no way I could have sat through the match with that whistling on ,the Apprentice would have been on after about 10 minutes. As I saw it this is why the invaded the pitch when they did. The whistles were a disgrace and were used not as a sign of protest but to distract our players. The EEL backpass being an example. There were other occasions when our players half stopped when a whistle blew.
Not this old chestnut again! Be careful what you wish for!! The McCabes care about our club and have put in considerable sums of money to keep us afloat. As documented so many times, yes there have been some awful decisions made, but we have owners who are Blades and we are not victim to a disinterested hedge fund as is the case with Coventry. This reaction to the protests of Coventry City fans is pathetic blades. Show some solidarity! I would love a similar campaign to rid us of McCabe - the reason for our six seasons in the third tier of English football.

'Yer Dirty Northern Bastards...'
“Find me the lad who floored the Sheffield United fan, i want to buy him a drink”
They refer to us as scum but support violence. Makes sense. P.s for Cov fans looking in hope you get relegated then relegated some more
I think I've got tinnitus in my right ear now.I've still got the whistling stuck in my head.
Me and our kid went to Coventry for their first ever home game in div 1 in 1967 i think. Can't remember if we won 1.0 or lost 1.0 but their fans thought they were the bees knees and spent most of the game trying to get on our end and after the game they were waiting outside for a mosh up.............big mistake. Hated them ever since!
2-2 and my recollection is of fans mingling behind one goal, getting on with each other except for the odd tussle which was stopped by their mates and didn't expand to anything worse. Also I remember us being escorted through town and into a Woolworths which had dispassionate of stuff for sale in sort of large open counters. Coppers chasing some of our lads in between these counter things. Quite hilarious as the Blades were somewhat nipper than the policemen chasing them. Not that I condone shoplifting of course.
Pick-n-Mix!Did anyone grab any of the sweets near the entrance?
